Free premium membership day! Wow. I'd forgotten what it's like to have full access. Feels a bit ... strange, to be honest. Also, I doubt I'll actually get much of a chance to enjoy it in full, as I'm currently gripped by the whole Megaupload/FBI/Anonymous story that exploded a few hours back. The Anonymous twitter feed has been an interesting (and slightly creepy) read for the past few hours, but I'm glad they did something. And what a something!

So, anyway, since the last time I actually posted some work here I've been more of an observer of DA than an active participant. Lots of long and boring reasons for this, not limited to the whole 'people taking my work and thinking they have the right to use it for whatever the hell they like' thing. Sure, I understand that people will download my work, and some will print it out, but when people take my work, slap their own copyright label on it and host it on their own website, I feel I have the right to get a little... pissy : P  But, hey, let's not dwell on that.

It's a new year, I have a new Wacom tablet (it's wireless and makes me feel very Trek when I use it) and I have plenty of ideas to scribble down. When I'm not playing Skyrim that is.

I also want to say a massive thanks to everyone who has my doodles or written encouraging comments. Hell, even the negative comments have made me chuckle. I'd hug you all in person, but, alas, my chain doesn't stretch that far.
